Destination review required

No catalog listing guarantees that a product can ship to a destination. Product, batch, buyer type, and destination laws are reviewed before an order is accepted.

Timing and freight

Transit time, carrier, charges, receiving requirements, and availability are provided in writing for a documented order. No blanket fulfillment time is promised.

Shipment documents

Accepted orders must preserve the link between finished product, lot, final label, and applicable batch records.

Returns

Order-specific return and discrepancy terms are provided before confirmation.
