The Virginia package limit

For this general-retail hemp catalog, a product with more than 2 mg total THC in the entire package is excluded. The former 25:1 CBD-to-THC exception is not used. A federal “less than 0.3% THC” statement alone is not enough because package weight can produce a total above Virginia’s limit.

Our more conservative catalog standard

Concepts target 0 mg formulated THC and a non-detect total-THC result on the finished-package Certificate of Analysis. THCA flower, Delta-9 products, intoxicating cannabinoids, vapes, high-THC concentrates, and adult-use claims are excluded from the Virginia general-retail path.

Documents required before quotation or sale

• Current finished-package COA with total THC reported in a usable package calculation
• Final ingredient list, net contents, cannabinoid amount, serving information, and required warnings
• Manufacturer or supplier identity and applicable registration or permit records
• Packaging review, including tamper evidence and any age or child-resistance requirements
• Batch and lot linkage between the offered product and its laboratory report
